Sound Familiar?
These are the messages we hear from riders every week…
“My fork blew out mid-ride”
You meant to service it months ago, but forgot exactly when you installed those new seals. Now you’re hiking out.
“Which bike needs sealant?”
You have three bikes. You added sealant to the tires… in May? Or was it June? Which bike was it again?
“Excel sheets everywhere”
Chain tracking in one file. Fork service in another. Shock in your notes app. Good luck finding anything when you need it.
Every forgotten service interval costs you money, performance, and peace of mind.
What If Your Bike Just Told You What It Needs?
The Bike Maintenance Dashboard automatically tracks every component on every bike.
You ride. We handle the rest.

How It Works
See Everything at a Glance
Color-coded progress bars show you exactly what’s good (green), what’s approaching service (yellow), and what’s overdue (red).
Zero Manual Work
Connect Strava once. Every ride automatically updates your component wear. You literally never think about it again.
Never Miss a Service
Get visual alerts when service is approaching (80%) and when it’s due (100%). Schedule maintenance before problems happen.
Official Service Intervals
All factory service intervals from FOX, RockShox, and other major brands are pre-programmed. No guesswork needed.
Track Everything
From fork and shock to chain wear, brake pads, rotors, cassettes, chainrings, dropper posts, and tubeless sealant. Nothing slips through.
Works Your Way
Strava syncs automatically. Prefer manual logging? Takes 10 seconds per ride. You choose how to use it.
The Real Benefits
Here’s what actually changes when you start using the Bike Maintenance Dashboard…
Save Hundreds on Repairs
A blown fork costs €300-500 to repair. Preventive maintenance costs €80. The math is obvious.
Better Performance
Fresh seals = better suspension feel. Fresh sealant = fewer flats. Fresh chain = smoother shifts. Your bike rides like it should.
Actual Peace of Mind
No more mental load. No more “did I forget something?” You know your bikes are dialed.
More Time Riding
Less time fiddling with spreadsheets, more time on the trails. Simple.
Multiple Bikes, Zero Chaos
PREMIUM
MTB, gravel bike, enduro rig? Track them all in one place. Finally know what needs attention.
Deep Component Insights
PREMIUM
Track brake pad thickness, rotor wear, chain stretch percentage. Know exactly when to replace, not guess.

Hi, I’m Geert – and I built this app because I was tired of guessing.
Like most mountain bikers, I own multiple bikes. And with multiple bikes comes… well, a lot to keep track of. Suspension services, sealant that needs topping up, chains that need to be swapped. You lose track fast.
I tried Excel sheets. Really, I did. But after an epic ride, the last thing you want to do is update a spreadsheet. So I didn’t. And then I’d forget when I last topped up my sealant, or how many kilometers were on that chain.
The wake-up call? An expensive fork repair that could’ve been prevented. I realized I needed something dead simple – no spreadsheets, no guessing, no “I think I did that sometime last spring…?”
So I built this app for myself. One place for everything – drivetrain wear, sealant schedules, suspension settings, tire pressures. It syncs with Strava automatically, so I don’t have to remember to log rides.
No more guessing. No more expensive surprises. Just ride, maintain smart, and keep your bikes running perfectly. With what we spend on these things, proper maintenance just makes sense…
Now when my fork needs service, I know exactly when. When my chain needs swapping, I get a heads-up. My sealant gets topped up on time, not “whenever I remember.”
If you’re juggling multiple bikes and struggling to keep track – I built this for you too.

Perfect For…
Weekend Warriors
You ride every weekend but maintenance gets away from you. Now you have a system that just works.
Never wonder “when did I last service this?”
Multi-Bike Owners
You have an XC bike, a trail bike, maybe a gravel bike or DH bike. Tracking them all in your head is impossible.
One dashboard for everything
Serious Riders
You put serious hours on your bikes. You need to know exact chain wear percentage, brake pad thickness, and when that cassette is actually done.
Data-driven maintenance decisions
Bike Shop Owners
Your customers ask “when should I service this?” Now you can show them exactly what needs attention.
Professional maintenance tracking for your clients
But wait…
“Why should I pay when I only have one bike?”
You shouldn’t! The free plan is perfect for single-bike riders. Track your fork, shock, dropper, and sealant forever at zero cost. Only upgrade to Premium if you add more bikes or want advanced features like Strava sync, chain wear tracking, brake monitoring, and AI-powered insights.
“Can’t I just use a spreadsheet?”
Sure. You could also navigate with a paper map instead of GPS. But why? Spreadsheets don’t send you reminders. They don’t sync with Strava. They don’t have official service intervals pre-programmed. They don’t track brake pad thickness or chain wear percentage. And most importantly—you won’t use them consistently.
“I’ll just remember…”
That’s what everyone says. Until their fork blows out 200km from home. Or they spend €400 on a shock rebuild that could’ve been prevented with an €80 service. Your memory is not a maintenance system.
“Is this complicated to set up?”
It takes 2 minutes. Add your bike. Select the components you want to track. Connect Strava (or don’t). You’re done. If you can create a Strava account, you can set this up.
“What if I don’t use Strava?”
No problem. You can log rides manually (takes 10 seconds). The app works however you want to use it. Strava sync is a Premium feature for those who want zero-effort tracking.
“Do you support gravel bikes too?”
Yes! While we started with mountain bikes, the app works perfectly for any offroad bike. Gravel-specific components are being added continuously.
“How do you know the service intervals?”
All official service intervals from FOX, RockShox, and other major brands are programmed into the app. We use the manufacturer’s recommended intervals as the baseline—so you’re following the same schedule your local bike shop would recommend.
